Easy decision with David. I have never been to a VW dealership before, but I'm glad I stopped in. I had a lease ending for another brand and was just looking at what else was o I have never been to a VW dealership before, but I'm glad I stopped in. I had a lease ending for another brand and was just looking at what else was out there. David was very friendly with me and my wife during our time there. He asked me questions on what I'm looking for and making sure I found what fit my needs and me physically. I'm 6'5 so normally not an easy task. David made sure we could come to an agreement on the Tiguan and I left happy. Thanks! More

Great experience! I was shopping for my first car so I had tons of questions. Mike did an amazing job answering all of them and addressing all of my concerns. We drove I was shopping for my first car so I had tons of questions. Mike did an amazing job answering all of them and addressing all of my concerns. We drove 4 different cars and Mike was knowledgeable about all of them. I did not feel any pressure or push to buy - Mike genuinely tried to help me get a car which is right for me! Also I want to call out Doug who helped me with all the paperwork - as I'm new to US and all that stuff was super confusing to me. Overall I'm very happy with the experience at Jack Daniels Volkswagen and pretty sure will return here in the future More
