David is a liar! Originally I had written a very favorable review for this car buying experience. Not even a month in that has entirely changed. During the process my salesperson mentioned multiple times the car was still under some of the original bumper to bumper warranty. Several things about the car I took issue with before purchasing he said would be covered by this. He got this information from the Carfax report (a third party). When I bring the car in for service I am told not only that there is no warranty, but none of what I am asking for is covered. I was pushed into buying this car under false pretenses. I also was promised a second key, which they couldn’t find when I took possession of the car. Now I am being told both myself and my friend who were present misheard the salesman who promised us a key. They are hundreds of dollars. Terrible service all around by the sales department. Either David was foolish enough to rely on third party (WRONG) info or he was greedy enough to trick me into buying this car. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Juanita in service is very helpful. More

Painless Purchase Our Day started at a VWDealer in Ramsey NJ where we purchased our first VW convertible 12 years ago. They had 4 convertibles on the lot we wanted to l Our Day started at a VWDealer in Ramsey NJ where we purchased our first VW convertible 12 years ago. They had 4 convertibles on the lot we wanted to look at 2. The salesman went for keys and came back with a “cant sell” recall on the two cars we wanted to look at but the other two that were more expensive we could look at. That just didn’t set well with us and the salesman was “sorry” did not ask for our contact info so we left. Strange at the least. We googled and went to Jack Daniels and found a beautiful convertible in the show room. David Dimor approached us and the rest is history. The service was attentive, informative and genuine. We drove over to the service area where David felt he had what we were looking for. He was right, we drove back to the dealership with the new car. A little negotiation took place and an hour later we drove home in our new car. Loving the Jack Daniel’s experience. No pressure, no nonsense and all with honest conversation. More
