Anthony was incredibly patient with me as I visited the dealership three separate times to test drive the Tiguan. Best experience ever I was in search for a replacement three row SUV for my leased X3 which has one month left. On July 31st, I was attracted by a Nissan ad email and deci I was in search for a replacement three row SUV for my leased X3 which has one month left. On July 31st, I was attracted by a Nissan ad email and decided went Rt 17 dealer for a test driver of Path Finder. ilIt turned out to be a waste of my time. On my way back home, I decided to go to Jack Daniel to take a look at Tiguan - I had done research and knew that Tiguan is a good choice within my budget. So I went there directly without appointment. The front desk girl asked Jason to help me. Since we are both Asian guys, we had a very nice conversation. Jason was very patient to answer every of my questions and took me out for a test drive. I fell in love with Tiguan SE 4Motion immediately and began to negotiate the price with Jason, even though that was my first time to drive Tiguan AND the first VE dealership I’ve ever been to! Jason was a very reasonable guy and we immediately started with the reasonable price without any xxxxxxxxx. Jason and I talked several rounds. During the process, as all other car negotiating processes, Jason had to speak with the general sales manager Mark a few times. Finally Mark walked to me and sit down at my table. I have to say Mark is a very reasonable guy. And if you respect him and talk reasonablely, he will treat you very well. Within less than two minutes, Mark and I found our middle ground and we made a deal! That was way beyond my expectation as I walked in with no expectation to deal a deal since I still had one month on my lease. Thank you Jason and Mark - as I promised I will bring you more business in the future. Keep up the good work and make Jack Daniel a best VE dealership! By the way, your guy Nick is awesome. He was very patient to walk me through the car and explained to me every details of how to operate the functions. That saved a ton of time reading the manual and means a lot to the customer. Well done Jason, Mark, and Nick. I will see you soon in the future. More
