Turned bad experience into an opportunity for great service I came to Jack Daniels for a VW Jetta SEL. I wanted a specific color combo, which they didn't have on hand, but partnership dealers had and agreed to I came to Jack Daniels for a VW Jetta SEL. I wanted a specific color combo, which they didn't have on hand, but partnership dealers had and agreed to trade with JD VW. I was communicated a swap and was expecting the car when I was in need in order to visit a sick family member. It turns out that the dealership decided to sell the car after agreeing to trade with JD, in addition to the original salesman not communicating this to me in a timely manner. Kevin Sai stepped up big time by finding another dealership to make a trade with and got the car I wanted the next day. He was great at communicated and kept me in the loop every step of the way. And then when I came in, Jason helped me close the transaction smoothly and got me driving my brand new car in no time. More
