When I asked to speak to a sales associate, I was fortunate to have been connected with Mike Caropolo. I explained to Mike what I was looking for and he was quickly able to help satisfy my needs. During the entire process of price discussions and test driving, which went well beyond store closing hours, I never felt rushed or pressured. Mike was very professional, courteous and efficient, which resulted in a lease agreement that evening on a Tiguan SE. Mike made the sales experience go smoothly and comfortably.
