More then 3 weeks for a loaner ? I went in to schedule service for a car that I purchased from jack Daniels 3 months ago it is brand new. They told me I should request a loaner becaus I went in to schedule service for a car that I purchased from jack Daniels 3 months ago it is brand new. They told me I should request a loaner because they might need it for a few days. This isn’t a problem however the issue is causing damage to my car for me to continue driving the vehicle. The dealership told me it’s over a 3 week wait for a loaner vehicle? How is that acceptable? If your dealership offers loaners it should be able to accommodate the needs of your customers in a timely fashion. The jack daniels name is a large dealer in the area and to cheap out in this area of customer service when your obviously doing very well is sad. More

It is refreshing to see commission based sales that is done without high pressure tactics and in a transparent approach. The only niggling complaint would be the insistence on running through the various options of add on insurance/protection, not a value add when you know what you want. Overall great choice for a new or used car. More

Customer Service problems - My Issues haven't been resolved I recently purchased a Tiguan from this dealer. I was happy with the sales experience and even wrote a good review. However, when it came time to rece I recently purchased a Tiguan from this dealer. I was happy with the sales experience and even wrote a good review. However, when it came time to receive our registration, plates, and inspection, I encountered many issues with this dealership's customer service that I need to share here, as no one from the dealership has responded to my calls or emails for over 3 weeks now. First, the salesman who helped us when we picked up our plates & registration couldn't install our front plate because the dealership did not install a front bracket on our car. I asked if I would receive a ticket or get pulled over for driving without one, and he assured me I wouldn't. He then installed our back plate incorrectly and hastily- he seemed to be in a rush- and it fell off while driving home from the dealership- I had to get out and retrieve it then reinstall it properly. Then, the following morning, I received two tickets- one for having no front plate, and the other for an expired temporary inspection sticker. When I received the second ticket I realized Jack Daniels also gave me a temp inspection sticker that was already expired! I immediately had to go get my car inspected to avoid another ticket, even though its a brand new car, which I didn't have time to do that day. Huge inconvenience. I still couldn't get the front plate installed at this point because my local dealership did not have a bracket and the part had to be ordered. While waiting, I received a third ticket for having no front plate. I received over $200 in tickets in a few days based on this dealerships errors- I've left them countless messages (for general manager, manager, & sales team) and they haven't even returned my calls or emails to make it right. I'm simply asking for them to pay the tickets, and they've all brushed me off and ignored my requests. On principle, I'm very surprised and disappointed that they will not make this right. Don't expect this dealership to care about you or any issues you have after a sale. More

100% Liars Really shocked to see the positive reviews here as my experience was awful. The lease was up on Jetta (got that one at a different dealership) and Really shocked to see the positive reviews here as my experience was awful. The lease was up on Jetta (got that one at a different dealership) and having recently moved to Fair Lawn decided to try this dealership for a new lease. The dealer at Jack Daniels told me he would happily get me into a new Jetta lease, and offered to pay for the last 3 months of my old Jettas lease. The deal was made and I happily drove off in my new leased Jetta, ready to start payments in 3 months time. After a while I received bills from VW credit saying I needed to pay the last three months on my old lease. I explained to them the situation and said they are separate from the dealership and dont communicate with one another. I went back to the dealership and explained that I was continuing to receive bills that THEY said they would cover. They said I needed to speak to the guy who sold me the car, but he conveniently was never there for a conversation. The payments went into collection and everytime I went to the dealership the salesman was absent. It was ridiculous. I finally went and sat in the dealership and told the receptionist I am not leaving until this is resolved as its ruining my credit. She miraculously "found" the dealer and he gave me some BS line about his fax machine being down and blamed it all on VW finance. They finally paid the balance after months of hassle and headache, and with real damage to my credit. I've since switched over to Glen Toyota in Fair Lawn and couldn't be happer!!! More
