BEST experience at Jack Daniel's!!! I had a great experience with Jack Daniel's VW! When I was looking online to get a VW bug I went on cargurus.com and saw the Beetle that Jack Daniel's I had a great experience with Jack Daniel's VW! When I was looking online to get a VW bug I went on cargurus.com and saw the Beetle that Jack Daniel's was selling. It was the first car I saw on that website and I instantly fell inlove with it because of the black racing stripes and b/w interior. I also noticed on the ad that the car was being sold from an "authorized vw dealer" and that made me feel better about looking into the car. It's been my dream to get a VW bug since I was 5 years old, I was so excited to see it and was hoping the dealer was a good fit for me. I sent an inquiry through cargurus.com to the dealer and they replied within hours. I was able to set up an appointment for the same week! One of the representatives, Romo, helped me right away when I got to the dealership and he was very friendly and professional. He took the time to get to know me and my interests in the car. When we took a test drive the car sounded great and Romo told me more about the features of the car. The bug was in excellent condition inside and out. He was very helpful and paitient when we were going through paperwork and finalizing everything. I felt so good about the whole experience and was so ecstatic about getting this vw bug. Romo and his associates were all so helpful and informative and made my experience seamless. Since I've had the car Romo has been in contact about how I like the car, my license plates, etc. The dealer is very responsive to emails and phone calls which is a huge bonus, they are great with customer service. I am so happy with my experience at Jack Daniel's and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a car! My family will definitely be back in the future! More
