Our sales rep Kacper was attentative to our needs, Andrew the sales manager was professional and gave us the best deal, and Henry who oversees financing was the best and really cared we got the best and most affordable interest rate and optional coverages. Our experience was great; we knew exactly what car we wanted, did iur homework, and walked out with a great deal. If you treat people wirh dignity and respect you get that in return. We will no doubt buy from JDVW again. More

My salesperson, Jason Ku, has also failed to follow-up on this complete lack of care, even after I've contacted him on several occasions. It seems pretty simple to me...once you roll out of that lot with a car, this place no longer cares about you. At all. More
