Mike immediately took time to show us the difference between each car, and even gave good advice on which one would be correct for our needs. Mike also, when we decided upon a vehicle, personally took the time to drive 9 hours to get the vehicle for us and bring it back. Stress Free Purchase Purchased a 2018 Atlas. My family and I had arrived at Jack Daniels just after 4th of July. It seems they had a pretty good sales day because there Purchased a 2018 Atlas. My family and I had arrived at Jack Daniels just after 4th of July. It seems they had a pretty good sales day because there weren't any sales reps available to assist us. We waited close to 10 minutes. The receptionist noticed our frustration and immediately began looking for someone. She did manage to find someone to assist us and I'm glad we waited because John Pagliaroli helped us. John was very intuitive to our needs and never over sold or under sold us anything we didn't need. My wife and I had certain numbers we had set goals on (monthly payment, value of our trade). After very little back and forth, John got us within 10% of our figures. It was very quick and effortless. The color of vehicle we chose was not in stock and we had to wait a few weeks. John made sure to call me periodically and provide me with updates. When the vehicle arrived, John took the time to review the car with me, especially the infotainment system. He also introduced me to the service department which was a nice touch. Justin took care of my paperwork upon closing. He also was very helpful and reviewed all my documents carefully and clearly. Usually closings and document preparation takes the longest but he was very efficient and I was out of there in record time. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with Jack Daniels and our salesman John Patliaroli. I would highly recommend him as a sales person especially if you have family. He totally understands our needs. More
