This is the worst experience I have had by far. This purchase has been such an inconvenience to me. I picked a car great I was told it would be ready on Monday I also don’t live close by btw I’m This purchase has been such an inconvenience to me. I picked a car great I was told it would be ready on Monday I also don’t live close by btw I’m 5 min away the seller calls there’s a recall you can pick it up few days. Ok fine. Saturday comes come early he says process will take about an hour ok cool. I get there at 1030 not seen to 1130 than somehow didn’t leave til 230. Would have been fine BUT we finally get to leave in the new car super excited and we are driving and the car floor is pulsating lol I mean HOW? They didn’t test drive the car but at this time they took so much time up already I had to get my kids that I had to call them to bring it a different day. So I just got a new car and within a minute I already had an issue? Not only that I had an expired inspection sticker 8 months. Cmon seriously! I call the mechanic to bring it in to be seen and they gave me a two week window I had to call the person that sold the car that if it doesn’t get resolved I want my refund back. He got an earlier appointment anyways now let’s talk about communication I had to be the one to keep calling to see about my car they called and than just said we will call you back by the end of the day which never happened. Nov 3 I dropped the car off we finally got an answer 3 days ago what it was and that’s only because we kept calling. So NOW.. bc my car under warranty I have to wait the 30 days for them to file a claim … I stated I’m not paying a dime out of my pocket due to they didn’t check the car before giving it to me. He said oh yeah most likely not to me that’s not a definite no. So one wheel hub bearing needs to be fixed I feel if u do one do them all. The used car wasn’t exactly cheap. I just find this all to be funny bc my seller was constantly quoting “this is jack Daniel’s we always leave the customer happy” “this is jack daniela we always want to make the car amazing before giving it to the customer” well I guess not. Now I’m beyond agitated honestly I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. More
