He even went out of his way after the sale to call me on a snowy day and make sure I knew about a special windshield wiper feature in my Volkswagen. PAINFUL EXPERIENCE Our painful experience all started when we ordered the Atlas back in May 2017 and leaving a deposit for the order. After several monthly calls on my Our painful experience all started when we ordered the Atlas back in May 2017 and leaving a deposit for the order. After several monthly calls on my part to my salesmen asking if he heard anything about my order, all I got was a big run around. Five months later we still did not have the car. We cancelled the order. and requested our deposit refunded. We were told we will receive it within 10 business days. (Unbelievable they take your deposit on the spot but you never receive it within a reasonable amount of time) Need less to say another three (3) months past we are still waiting for our refund. I will never recommend Jack Daniels Volkswagen to anyone. A matter of fact I will tell anyone my story who will listen. Volkswagen Group of America will be hearing from me. More
