HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I wanted to sleep on a purchase decision but dealership rushed me to sign paperwork on busy Saturday so that I couldn't even pick up my car nor update I wanted to sleep on a purchase decision but dealership rushed me to sign paperwork on busy Saturday so that I couldn't even pick up my car nor update my insurance. I didn't even get a copy of my signed lease because everything was rushed and I was tired after spending 2+ hours. First thing on Monday morning, I decided against the purchase and asked to cancel transaction. My salesperson Charlie Shin was absolutely useless when it comes to customer satisfaction so I spoke to this rude manager Mark Mclay who told me that transaction was already forwarded to VW financial therefore, cannot be cancelled. When I spoke to salesperson on Monday morning, he told me that I'd have to come in and cancel transaction in person but all of sudden, this guy Mark told me it can't be done all in matter of minutes? It was suspicious enough so I called VW financial who told me nothing was contracted electronically and there was no way they can send contract out between Saturday afternoon to Monday morning. I told Mark that I didn't even pick up the car nor updated my insurance so they could register the car but again this guy told me he would transport car to my house if I don't pick it up myself. I couldn't speak to this clown any more so I spoke to GM who keep repeating same thing. I made myself clear that I no longer do transaction with this company and asked to cancel it. To my surprise, 15 days later I received statement from VW financial that I'm responsible for payment for the car I didn't even pick up. REALLY??? I'm now glad that I didn't pick up the car from this xxxxxxx dealership because all they care is quick sale and nothing else. Mark you may think you made quick sale and quick bucks but you will lose all people surrounding me not to mention will have to deal w/my attorney from now on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST TYPICAL USED CAR DEALERSHIP DRESSED IN VW OUTFIT!!! More
