Charlie Shin is the man!!!! I am a previous customer with Jack Daniels. Charlie contacted me with a couple of months left on my Jetta and said I can upgrade to a newer model keep I am a previous customer with Jack Daniels. Charlie contacted me with a couple of months left on my Jetta and said I can upgrade to a newer model keeping my payments the same. He was actually able to lower my payments and got me into a newer model lease as well. I’ve worked with a lot of salesman in my time and Charlie has definitely been the nicest salesman I’ve ever met. Wonderful Experience My friend and I went to go check out a couple of jettas at Jack Daniels VW. This is my friend’s first time buying a car so I couldn’t let her go alone My friend and I went to go check out a couple of jettas at Jack Daniels VW. This is my friend’s first time buying a car so I couldn’t let her go alone to a car dealership because you always think of the horror stories when it comes to them. Well let me first start off by telling you Jack Daniels Volkswagen is not the typical shady car dealership. In fact it is quite the opposite. Our salesperson was Kevin S. From the test drives to going over the car from top to bottom on features, I can honestly say that he deserves all the stars when it comes to ratings. When it came to numbers, we were a little apart from where we were hoping to be but the sales boss Mark helped us out and worked with us to get to her budget. There was no pressuring or strong arming here at Jack Daniels. I am definitely bringing my sister back here next month when she gets her license. Good job Jack Daniels VW I given you two thumbs up for the outstanding performance, awesome staff and of course the wonderful experience! More

Great advice First and foremost let me tell you about my experience at Jack daniel’s VW. I went there with the intention of looking at the GTIs on the lot and Kevi First and foremost let me tell you about my experience at Jack daniel’s VW. I went there with the intention of looking at the GTIs on the lot and Kevin Sai came out and greeted me. I currently drive an EVO 8 but it is very dated and I’m starting to get annoyed with another thing breaking. Kevin said that going from an EVO to a GTI is like a downgrade of performance but an upgrade in interior and ride. After much chatting He felt that I would feel more comfortable with a Golf R. the golf R has AWD and a turbo 4 cylinder that packs more hp and performance than my out dated EVO. When I’m in the area Kevin said to stop by and he’ll get started on the paperwork and have me put the door in no time so I can enjoy my new ride! More
