The only issue we had was a loud mouth customer yelling at the GM for no reason other then not getting a salesperson fast enough for her. Started using foul language to him and he sat there and took her abuse. I was very impressed in how he handled it. The husband tried calming her down but had no luck. He came over and apologized to everyone and was a professional in every aspect. My daughter was happy so that's all that matters to me . Justin made the paperwork seemless and we were out by 1pm .
