did solve my problem i have been dealing with jack daniels for over 20 years . have d=been very satisfied . the last few years not so much . the sales department are never i have been dealing with jack daniels for over 20 years . have d=been very satisfied . the last few years not so much . the sales department are never the same people . they lie about return lease process .they also forge signature on invoice .i do have prove of that .did not get any satisfaction from the dealer . i had to contact vw home office . mr. horn was very understanding . mr horn resolved my problem . we have 4 vws in our family . this dealer will make me find another dealer . where they treat you like a person not a dollar sign . with all the problems vw has with the diesel engine you think they would help a loyal customer . i will not deal with jack daniels every again . Terrible Dealership - Disingenuous approach to selling cars Attempted to purchase used vehicle at the dealership. Negotiation process anything but transparent. Made three separate offers, dealership was slow to get back to me. While finalizing the price the dealer sold the vehicle to another customer for an incremental $200. Yes $200. Yes $200. While I recognize it is the responsibility to maximize margins on all vehicles, the professional approach would be to communicate that an additional offer was being made and would I like to match the offer as I was the first customer negotiating. That did not occur. My recommendation, stay clear of this dealership and purchase your new VW or used vehicle elsewhere where the customer service and transparency is the norm rather than the exception. More

Unprofessional & disorganized I wanted to sleep on a purchase decision and opted to pay a $500 hold fee for a car I was interested in. A week later I was on the phone with them and was assured I would finally get my money back. Four weeks later I'm still waiting and just filed a dispute with my credit card company. To make matters even worse, they ran an unauthorized credit report on me, even after I told them I wasn't interested anymore. Deceitful dealer. Stay far away and read other reviews. Had I done that beforehand, I would have never walked into this dealership. More

Great Sales Dept I stopped in last night after going to another VW dealership in Ramsey. Upon my request, she immediately had her sales representative, Mr. Kevin Sai as well as sales manager work on what sort of a deal he can work out. Because of timing and so forth, I ended up taking an attractive offer from another dealer. However, that did not taint my interaction with them. In my contact with Ms. Bustos and Mr. Sai, they both provided me the kind of attention one would look for in dealing with dealerships. I did not catch the name of the receptionist; she was very helpful and friendly as well. Please note my rating and recommendation is strictly based on those three individuals. I cannot comment on the dealership itself nor the pricing. I wanted to acknowledge them in this review. In the future, I look to have the opportunity to work with them. Thank you. More
