We saw all the safety awards that Volkswagen received and wanted to see what they could offer us. We googled Volkswagen dealerships near by and a few popped up. However, not only was Jack Daniels Volkswagen the closest but they had a lot of great reviews online so it was a no brainer going to them. When we arrived, we were greeted outside by Kevin Sai. We told him our situation and he helped us find the perfect vehicle for her. Safety and space for her two small dogs were huge things to consider for my sister to have and Kevin helped guide us through each trim level of the car. From the test drive to working the numbers, we told Kevin we weren’t just ready to sign anything yet, we just needed a few days to go over our options. My sister and I thought this would absolutely be the part where the disaster would kick in and become high pressuring and of course uncomfortable. Kevin a SALESMAN who’s job is to sell the cars told us to reach out to him whenever we are ready and if we had any questions or any problems to reach out to him. I was shocked.... My sister thought he would chase us down in the parking lot to give us this magical deal of a lifetime. Needless to say, my sister and I were very happy with our purchase at Jack Daniels. More

Let me start by saying I don't like car dealerships, that is mostly because I feel like I never get a high level of service or even any true respect w Let me start by saying I don't like car dealerships, that is mostly because I feel like I never get a high level of service or even any true respect when I walk in the door looking to spent money on a car I want. The same thing happened at the first Volkswagen dealer I visited, so I left and tried Jack Daniels Volkswagen. From the second I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionist and asked what she could do to help me. That's when she called Piero over, Piero is a man that has my respect. And not just because he still came to work after a tree fell on his house. He took time to show me the car I wanted, let me sit in and and explained the features. And even listened to the issues I was having with my old car all while trying to get me the best deal on my golf R. After some back and forth and talking with Matt a manager and Henry a sale manager (all of who were extremely nice and respectful) I finally walked away with a 2018 golf R fully loaded and a 6 year warranty. I recommend Jack Daniels Volkswagen to anyone looking for a car. More
