I've just got my new car VW Jetta SE from this Dealership- best experience I had ever had with Dealerships. I recently posted a review of EastCoast Automall VW in Englewood Cliffs, which turned me Dealership- best experience I had ever had with Dealerships. I recently posted a review of EastCoast Automall VW in Englewood Cliffs, which turned me off from getting a Volkswagen. Later, Ive got a call from Jack Daniel's Dealership. I explained him, that I do not want to deal with VW, cause of EastCoast customer service, he apologized and asked me if I can come for 30mins and show me what the real VW service is. I said fine, Ill stop by, cause another dealership was just 1min away and I was going there anyways (Honda of Paramus, ask for Dwayne- very cool guy btw). I came there and... I was stunned! The dealership itself was great, the salesrep Ali was very nice all the time (nice- I mean not like licking ur ... but just respectful, paying attention to what you say and what you ask). We loved the car in the showroom (black SE) and we've got a deal. The financial manager Abe was VERY knowledgeable, did not push us, fast, made a nice deal (We hope he did [:)])- good sense of humor too btw. We finished the deal, got our car and drove it hope. That was the best experience with dealership I had ever had (I had only 3 cars from dealerships so far, but If my next car is VW- Ill go with Jack Daniel's for sure). Nobody pushed me with these questions and remarks like "You buying your car today?", "Oh, I thought we are making a deal!!!" etc Overall I was satisfied, def I'll recommend it, and I hope the service they provide to me- be the same to you. More

My husband and I purchased a car from them in June 2008. At that time we were issued temporary tags until they sent us our permanent tags. It's been 3 weeks since our temporary tags expired and we have still not received our permanent tags. Noone will return our phone calls and when they do it's only to tell us lies. They tell us that we will recieve our tags the next day. But they never come. Please, please, please, DO NOT buy a car from them. That is unless you enjoy spending tens of thousands of dollars on a car and not being able to legally drive it. More

After they "repaired" it, check engine light was gone, but "SYSTEM FAULT! WORKSHOP!" message appeared. They refused to fix this for a week, blaming it on faulty catalytic converter, which they ordered, and was waiting for. When received the part, was not able to do the work in time, even though first promised twice to do so. After the catalytic has been replaced, the message is still there. Beware of this dealer, especially if you need your car for day-to-day operations or if you need job done on time. Never ever count on them to do it when they promise to. Always add one day or be ready to change your plans. More

I was looking to import a Porsche from the US to Sweden. After a thorough due diligence I decided to buy a 2006 Cayenne S from Jack Daniels Motors. The whole process was extremely slow apart from when the f After a thorough due diligence I decided to buy a 2006 Cayenne S from Jack Daniels Motors. The whole process was extremely slow apart from when the firm wanted to get paid for the car....then the transfer needed to be made instantaneously. This really was a joke. After having paid for the car it took them several weeks to ship it (Andy wad never in the office to take my calls or emails)....and when they eventually did they didn't ship it with a professional shipper which meant several additional weeks delay when the car came to Sweden. The car itself is a beauty and runs great so far but almost directly I noticed that it didn't have a CD changer and a parking assistant which they had specified in their sales material. When I contacted Andy about it he just replied that "he did know what material I was referring to" and they really couldn't do anything about it. The worst service I've received! Totally incompetent and not even willing to take the time to see if they actually had made a mistake in the sales material. If I did business like this I would be out of work......DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! More
