Fun buying experience I puchased a new Beetle convertible a couple of days ago from Jack Daniels. My sales rep was a young man named Doug Y. Very enthusiastic about his product,we took a ride in a new Beetle convertible. I told him a few tales of VW’s from my youth. This young man loves VW’s. We settled on a model and he brought in Doug B,the sales manager. He came up with a number that was hard to haggle with(did it anyway). Struck a deal. Went back the next day and drove away like it was 1967. Two really nice young men. This was a fun purchase. I recomend Jack Daniels VW very highly and my sales rep and his manager,also. More

Do not purchase a car from this dealership! Dealership treated me very poorly, especially after I didn’t finance with them. Made me wait over 2 hours to sign 10 minutes worth of paperwork, pressured me to purchase more warranties, didn’t detail my car, gave me a bad battery in the car and dead key fob and wouldn’t return my calls when I attempted to contact them about it. They will give you the run around and try to milk you for every dollar they can. Then give you sub-par service and never contact you again. My car was totaled while parked on the street and I had a week to find a new one. If not for the time crunch- I wouldn’t have given them my business! More
