That was good customer relations, and in addition to doing everything that was needed, they removed an old magnet that was fused onto the trunk at no charge! Thank you Jack Daniels. More

Strange I came in to lease a not super high end car and made my preferences on budget, down payment, mileage pretty clear up front. I was partnered with a fairly young enthusiastic but not so experience salesman. He was nice but relied heavily on the sales manager for the straight facts. They came back with a price near $100 over my monthly budget and at 10k and 12k mileage range when I specifically asked for 15k/year mileage pricing. I had questions about whether the taxes / fees were included in the monthly payments or would be additional to that and there was persistent confusion before it was decided they were included and that the down and 36 monthly payments would be the entire cost of the lease. I said I can afford $220, not $290 a month and they simply said ok. That seems like terrible bargaining or the original calculation was a major shifty rip-off, not sure which is worse. Anyway I didn't like the feel from this dealer and went elsewhere. More
