FRAUD! SCAM! ALERT! I dealt with Shawn. I took a car on Lease. Paid $2200 as a down payment. I told them I am an international student and I do not have a job. They gave I dealt with Shawn. Few days later, my lease did not approve. They called me to bring back the car and sent me home without the car. Now they are refusing to give me my money back. Why would you give a car without complete approval of lease from the bank? More

Incompetence I have horrible luck with my VW; however, this service center usually gave me great service despite the high price tag. However, my previous experience with Michelle was horrible. I reach the dealership and was told that my wheels and tires are unsalvageable and that this would be taken care of within a few days because the parts need to be ordered. Fair enough...a few days pass and it was only after I reach out to Michelle, that she realized the factory does not have the wheels in stock. She claimed that she will try to find other sources only to tell me that no one has it, and that the wheels are discontinued. (Mind you, this is almost a week after I dropped off my car) Finally, she offers me a solution, saying that I can have my wheels fixed by an outside company--something she said was impossible when I first came to the dealership. She made it sound like she was doing me a service by saving me money, when in reality, this is something that should've be offered at the start of the visit. When expressing my frustrations, she said "well at least you have the loaner car"...a car she didn't initially even want to give me. To top it all off, she even gave me the wrong key back when I finally went to pick up my car..almost a week and a half later.. More

Dealerships often have a sort of "fake friendly" vibe to them. The friendliness of the staff here was genuine. I walked out the door a couple of times before I signed. Many dealerships apply the worst (and sometimes most entertaining) pressure when a prospective customer heads for the door. The staff here just offered smiles and warm welcome should I decide to come back. Which of course I did. More
