I went in to test drive a VW convertible and the sales representative was so knowlegeble of the product that she mentioned just about every advantage I would heve by choosing this model. Greg King Jr. is a dream come true when you're looking to lease a brand new car. This was my first time leasing so you can imagine all the details, paperwork, policies, etc. I didn't feel any of that stress when I was with Greg- he made sure to explain everything thoroughly and give me reasons as to why X would be better than Y for me. He even agreed to put on new tires because I was over the moon happy about the Beetles base model set. He re arranged the entire showroom to get the tires off the car they were and put them on my car so it looked exactly how I wanted when I came to pick it up. If that isn't customer service, I don't what is! Greg was there for me every step of the way, making this big purchase feel as easy as could be. If you're looking to lease or buy- go to Greg, I promise you won't be disappointed!!! More
Michelle started out to be really nice and helpful. "Oh, we'll take care of you, we'll check out EVERYTHING and give you a detailed report..don't worry about a thing". After about 2-3 hours of wait. She comes to me with a dead-serious face and gives me a list of things I need to get done (obvious things like light-bulb, tires, etc.). The reason I went there was because of a check-engine light. The solutions she gave me didn't solve any of those issues, nor even address them. She said that it's "to start", i.e. once I get those issues fixed they can then further diagnose my other problems. In the meantime, she drew up a estimate of about $2700, with a grin on her face (mind you, these are things I could get fixed at Autozone for less than $1200). In the end, I had to pay the ~$130 for the diagnosis--which didn't even give me any information regarding the problem. Like I said before, she started out as a very nice person but at then end she was SO rude to me and refused to listen to my dissatisfaction. If you look at her space on the service desk it's decorated with good reviews; I wonder how many of them are fake and I wonder what she does with the negative ones as I can't imagine that she treats other differently...well if she does, that's even worse. All in all, I will definitely never be buying a vehicle from Jack Daniel's (we were looking at an Audi, but that's certainly out of the question now) and I will be sure to tell everyone about my poor experience with JD and Michelle. More

I brought my car in for 10K service. Some time after the service, on a trip to MD, one of the dash lights went on, the manual told me to immediate stop driving and bring the car in for service. I had to rent a car and tow the car to the nearest dealer. Within minutes, I was told that the coolant cap was missing and this could have happened during my last service. I called Jack Daniels to let them know and see if I could get some help with paperwork to get some of my rental car expenses reimbursed from VW. I was immediately told that there was NO WAY this happened during the service because they " never touched the fluids, only rotated the tires". This got me angry because a) if that is the case than they did not do the service correctly or b) they dismissed me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and tried to gloss over what happens during the 10K service. Regardless, the cap was missing and they were the last people to go under the hood. As a customer I wasn't looking for anything more than an apology and some guidance on if I could get any expenses covered. What I got was disrespect and attitude that is was in no way their fault. I am looking for a service department that respects customers and this is NOT the experience I had with Jack Daniels. More
I recently leased my fourth vw from Chet Puzio General sales manager he is a true professional and fun to deal with. He has been there since my first vw. Dave was my sales man and did great job .
