I went to buy a used car from them. I talked to the sales person agreed on a price, explained that I would be coming next day. EVEN offered to pay a deposit on the car. brought a bank check and showed up early to my appointment thst they just confirmed with me a few hours earlier when I let them know again after telling the sales guy prior day that I was coming 2 hours for the car. I show up and they were literally selling the car right out from underneath me as I walked in the door - bank check in hand! the original sales person never bothered to say anything or even come to say a word to us. the sales manager or finance manager was useless and this place is a bad dealership. worst I have seen in a long time. I have bought many cars and been to many great audi and VW dealers so.... stay away from this place!!! they clearly don't give a crap about their customers. buyer beware! More
