Sales person lied twice. When I agreed to sale told me he could get me specialty plates no problem. Then showed me a number and said this is what I’d pay when car came in- no When I agreed to sale told me he could get me specialty plates no problem. Then showed me a number and said this is what I’d pay when car came in- nothing more. Car comes in and I also have to pay first month in addition to original number. Then when my license plates come in they are not the plates I requested. So I call sales and leave a message, no one responds until my second message and I get told all of a sudden that they don’t order specialty plates since Covid. Something that was never mentioned before. I love my car. The atlas is great but this is my first and last time using jack Daniels for my dealership. More

Customer was fully aware of modifications we will post buyers order and phone recordings with customer was fully aware of all modifications customer wants tonre work deal after taking delivery. Customer was told on recording and in writing and we will post shortly . Was also abusive to service staff
