I checked their site and it showed they had a particular Tiguan in Stock. I then called to verify. Within 2 hours and I went to the dealer in person. Upon my arrival, I was told the car was "just" sold earl Tiguan in Stock. I then called to verify. Within 2 hours and I went to the dealer in person. Upon my arrival, I was told the car was "just" sold earlier today. I then explained that I have ordered the Tiguan at another dealership and was not interested in placing an order for it through them. They said they would try to beat their price and give me a better offer for my trade in. After speaking to the manager for about 20 minutes or so, the salesperson came back with the car at $5K over MSRP and offered me $500 less for my trade in. They claimed they sell cars at Market Value, not MSRP. It was honestly a waste of my time. I would avoid this dealership. More
