I worked with Michael. He was great to work with! He was very knowledgeable and super attentive. He even made me laugh a lot while waiting for finance. Reached out to the dealership 4 days ago looking for the Golf R they had in stock. After sending an inquiry never heard back so called and was told someone would be in touch shortly. I get a text from a wom Golf R they had in stock. After sending an inquiry never heard back so called and was told someone would be in touch shortly. I get a text from a women at the dealership seeing if I had questions. Asked if someone would call me so we can chat numbers and if they made sense I’d come down to sign and get the car same day. Response back was “the price is 10k over msrp”. So I asked if someone can reach out and speak on the phone no answer for hours so I decide to call, I get someone and he tells me there’s someone buying the car for 12k over sticker which I wasn’t going to do so I said I’ll look elsewhere so I thought I was done. Last thing, and this is the reason I’m writing this review, guy Paul emails me saying he got my inquiry and if I had questions to reach out. I very politely said I had already ordered the car from another dealer at msrp and was told it was 12k over sticker and I didn’t want continue. The response back at 9pm I got was “well since you can’t place orders on Golf R, we sold that Golf R for 15k over”. Like what kind of rude, xxx comment is that. I got my car elsewhere without paying such a ridiculous amount over sticker and had a great sales person to help me. Anyone would like proof of how they treat potential clients I have all the emails and texts saved. Careful of this sleezy speakership. More
