Leased Atlas Cross Sport. Fairly easy process.There were Leased Atlas Cross Sport. Fairly easy process. There were damages done by dealer. Some fixed and some weren't. Told me they will send me touchup paint but after couple of month nothing. No reply either. Sales David Dimor not very helpful after leasing. Told me he was leaving in June after I signed so I would not recommend this guy. Not sure if I would return to this dealership. More

Very positive experience with both the dealership and with Paul. They were very responsive, patient and flexible as I worked out certain personal issues to decide what kind of VW I wanted, or whether to with Paul. They were very responsive, patient and flexible as I worked out certain personal issues to decide what kind of VW I wanted, or whether to extend the lease of the Golf I had at the time. I appreciated all the different options Paul provided me in this regard. I also am very pleased with the lease on my new VW and I appreciate their efforts to work with me on that as well. I have been purchasing and leasing car from them for 20 years .I recently purchase a 20017 Jetta for my daughter a horrible purchasing experience and my last one. The used car had fender damaged from the years .I recently purchase a 20017 Jetta for my daughter a horrible purchasing experience and my last one. The used car had fender damaged from the lot and it was promised to be taken care of it bus it was never was taken care of. Then there was a oil leak from the engine the next day I purchased the car and took it home I addressed it to the salesman Scott Zukowski (stay away from him all he does he yeses and tell you he will take care of issue but never happens once he sell you the car say goodbye he will respond but never comes through with actions) . SO i took it another dealership Gensinger in Cliftion NJ .They reviewed the issue of the oil and it happened to be under warranty and it was repaired for zero dollars. The other issue I was promised a second key i got the key after three months after speaking to a asst. manager. I tried to resolve with the salesman Scott Zukowski but he did nothing I tried to reach out to the General Manager Donald Chittum but all he does he hides behind emails and voice mails never responds and never make attempts to resolve or even listen to the complaint he is a coward More
