Referred by a family friend, I went into Jack Daniels VW is with it for the amount of effort they put into making me a very happy customer at JDVW. Referred by a family friend, I went into Jack Daniels VW without having a specific vehicle in mind. I have a toddler, a Grandma, and a teen so safety, reliability, and technology are important. We already have a large SUV for family trips so I wanted something easy for Grandma to get in/out of and easy car seat access. Upon my arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting Justin, who assigned Roland as my sales professional. I told him I was unsure what I was in search of but my friends loved their Atlas - and I realized it was the same size as our other SUV. He showed me the Atlas Cross Sport (a car I cannot recall having seen on the road) and after taking a drive, I immediately fell in love with it! Roland showed me multiple versions of the car with different features and answered all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about every model and simplified the decision-making process for me. I was not put under any pressure at all and I went home to digest before making any decisions. I returned the following day with my toddler and was greeted by the JDVW Team. They were very busy, again, but made sure I was taken care of personally and professionally so I did not notice the brief wait. The sales professionals who were not busy with other customers even entertained my son! I was not sure I would be approved for the lease at the desired amount but Justin was thorough and persistent. He was able to get the financing exactly where I needed it to be on the exact car that I wanted to drive away in. In all honesty, I have leased and purchased over 10 cars in my lifetime. I even worked as a car sales woman during college. I have never been more pleased with a car purchasing experience than I was at JDVW. While in the parking lot, a gentleman asked me if they were treating me well at the dealership. I thought he was also car shopping and I responded "it was the best two days I had ever spent trying to buy a car!" He then introduced himself as John Nunley, COO. I came back to finish up paperwork and Harry, was extremely professional and friendly, and made the process very simple. Roland and Justin showed me everything I needed to know about the car and answered all of my questions - with a smile and a friendly laugh. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Having worked professionally in a senior leadership role in higher education for over 12 years, I have spent a lot of time training management and staff to provide superior service. I can say the teamwork, professionalism, and kindness was exceptional and should be commended for their efforts. They should consider providing teamwork training to organizations of similar sales and customer service needs. We are living in very challenging and unknown times and only those who are equipped with the best teams are going to survive. They truly value customer satisfaction and friendliness. Recently picked up my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas from Mike, and it was the best car buying experiences I have had in my last 4 leases.
