We went to Jack Daniels Volkswagen on President’s Day weekend, which was very crowded and caused some delays. I had been in contact with our salesman, Paul Perado previously and he continued to follow u weekend, which was very crowded and caused some delays. It was our intention to not only purchase but to drive away with a vehicle, on the day that we went. Paul went out of his way to show us every car that we asked to see, even if it was on their other lot. He went above and beyond l. As far as salesmen, I have purchased many vehicles over the past few years, and this was my best experience yet. There were some unexpected dealer fees but Paul went back to the managers and said that we were driving out today with the vehicle and they were waived.
