Our sales person Ryan was fantastic and even followed up with me within the first few days. The dealership is good but it was quite an ordeal we had to go through for the financing because they wanted us to with me within the first few days. The dealership is good but it was quite an ordeal we had to go through for the financing because they wanted us to use their banks even though we arrived with the full loan from our own bank. We ended up spending 5hrs at the dealership before we finally were able to leave with the car. I did have to arrange for service within the first week of ownership as the dealer prep work was not completed on the car prior to us driving it home. All in all almost everyone was really nice and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. I love the car and am super excited about driving it with the top down when the snow stops and it warms up. More

Can't say enough about Jack Daniels Volkswagen and our salesman David Dimor. Helping my oldest buy her first car wasn't going well. She really saw the worst side of the industry and we were about to give up until we walked into Jack Daniels and met David. So chill, so helpful, so upfront. He and the sales manager Justin made us a great deal - as if they really wanted to sell a car. After all of the BS we encountered, Jack Daniels Volkswagen really came through. And when David was busy, a different rep, Roland, helped us - he could have ignored us because it wasn't his deal, but he was just as nice as David. This is our first VW, but it won't be our last.
