Customer has never service vehicle with us . Customer was advised key would not work without programming she said she did not have the money to reprogram the key and tried another source to pay but could not . She was advised key would not work without programming . She was rude to all service staff and wanted us to pay for something she broke . Once we would not pay her she said that she would give us a bad survey if we did not pay for the service . Customer then stated if we don't pay her for lost days at work she would put a bad review on . She refuses to pay for programming . Her story is far from fact

I was advised that if I bought the key and had my old key fob that it would work. It did indeed work one time then it didn’t. This happened on Friday evening when I called you put me on hold than hung up and closed leaving me without any answers or a working key to my car for two days which in return cost me time and money as I couldn’t make it to work. The key shouldn’t have broke in the first place it’s a mere three years I’ve had it there are keys for the 80s that are in perfect condition. I was never rude, your employees were rude right off the bat because of my review I left on Friday. You guys are awful when it comes to communication and listening to your customers. My review is exactly correct and you can say what you want but that doesn’t change the facts nor the receipt of service (buying the key from you). I never said you needed to pay we for lost wages I said we need to make this right whether that being a discount or some sort since YOU told me misinformation but nice try. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THIS PLACE!
