I came disappointed from the other Ford dealer (North Brothers at Ford Road) wher I just bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Franc Bartus at Demmer Ford. I came disappointed from the other Ford dealer (North Brothers at Ford Road) where the sales person there (J. Litchfield) did a poor job to get me the Escape I needed, took long time and no good returns of phone call) but once I came to Jack Demmer Ford, Franc was "Excellent" getting me the 2014 Escape I was looking for... I closed the deal quickly with confidence. The paperwork also was fast and efficient. My daughters enjoyed the experience so much, it was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made! While the vehicle I had originally came to see was unrealistic for me I was shown many other options and models I was unaware were available. Lots of options here and everyone was prompt with regard to phone calls, emails and getting the deal done. I am very pleased overall.
