Worst vehicle ever . Everything from paint chips, scratches, parts not fitting properly, key fobs not working even though they said codes were right, terrain management system fault 2X now, and last scratches, parts not fitting properly, key fobs not working even though they said codes were right, terrain management system fault 2X now, and last time I had it in they said everything was fixed and corrected and still not fixed. One part I was told was replaced and it still looks like the same part with the exact same problem. Have had this vehicle in 5-6 times now and still have to bring it in again. I went into the dealership because we received a flyer for their promotion. I was looking into leasing an Escape but decided to buy a certified pre-owned Escape. In order for us to finalize the transaction we were looking for a certain trade in value for my 2001 Escape and they gave it to us! The one I ended up purchasing was one that was just turned in and not even in the system yet and I haven't been happier! I Love my Red Escape!!
