I went to my Ford dealer ( Jack Demmer Ford ) to decide on new vehicle purchase order. Robyn Boyd, my sales person was very helpful and answered every question promptly and correct. Once order was placed Robyn stayed on top of delivery process and updated myself without asking her. Finally car was delivered on Wednesday May 30,2012. Delivery handled very professionally without time delays of any sort. Robyn has also followed up with me since delivery to see if I had any questions, and how I like the new car. We love the car, but the sales process was painful. We waited for over an hour to see someone and once we did get Mark's attention, we were treated like he couldn't get us out of there soon enough. Mind you, we bought a loaded Explorer -- off the lot and in cash. He then proceeded to call us days later and try and say we owed more money (apparently, in his rush -- he miscalculated the total).
