Happy Customer! I received a friendly greeting on the used car lot by Mr. Pat Koss (salesman). At the time I was just window shopping because I was waiting on a deci I received a friendly greeting on the used car lot by Mr. Pat Koss (salesman). At the time I was just window shopping because I was waiting on a decision from my insurance company regarding my stolen car. Pat was very helpful and not pushy, he took his time with me. Most importantly, he listened to what I was looking for and focused on that. Although there were numerous beautiful cars, there was only one car on the lot that satisfied all of my wants. Pat put me behind the wheel and I was "SOLD." I told Pat I would call my insurance company first thing in the morning. Sure enough the next day I received a follow-up call from Pat. I kept my fingers crossed waiting to hear from the insurance company. The following afternoon (Friday) as I sat at Pat's desk, another customer was test driving "my" car. I patiently waited, he wasn't ready to commit. I was! Monday morning Pat called me and asked what time did I want to pick up my NEW CERTIFIED LINCOLN MKZ.
