Jack Giambalvo is a local dealer with whom I have now experienced purchase and maintenance of three vehicles. A mazda 626 ( 180000 plus miles) when it finally died ) and a Pontiac Grand Prix (124000 mile experienced purchase and maintenance of three vehicles. This experience spans a period of thirty ( 30 ) years and is a tribute to the excellent and professional maintenance and service approach of Jack Giambalvo. I have most recently added to my "( fleet ) a new Lucerne and fully expect the same result(s). On the sales side ---excellent experience. Don Cranston---knowledgable and professional. And not " pushy "!!! And when you condider all the vehicles offered with all the " bells and whistles " involved his experience came to the surface when telling my wife and me all the important " features " on our new Lucerne.
