We are planning on purchasing a SUV in the next six months but I’m actually not sure if we will be purchasing another vehicle from there. We prefer finding a dealership where the customer service, rather it’s sales or service, is consistent. Michelle was great but the mechanics need to listen to the customer more. But our experience with the service department was getting excuses and guesses on one of our cars issue. More
