We had the Courage to open the door and was met by a young man (Devin Harris) who had Heart of an eager new employee. We test drove a 2025 Santa Fe. The Knowledge and kindness of many employees was greatly appreciated. It didn’t take long for The Wizard to appear to make us an awesome offer. We are now driving a new Santa Fe. Best transaction we have ever had buying a car. Our salesman Cody was very professional, knowledgable and did not pressure us. Manager Garrett and finance guy Jim were also very helpful in negotiating our deal. We are in our 60s and have bought many cars over the years and his was the smoothest purchase ever. We were completely unfamiliar with this dealership before purchasing our car but would definitely recommend them.

"Nice and clean facility with clear communication, but overpriced service." The facility itself is nice and clean, and the staff provided clear communication throughout the process. However, I am not satisfied with the service pricing. I own another luxury SUV that is more expensive than my Elantra. When I’ve had similar services performed at that brand's dealership, the total was actually less than the estimate Hyundai provided. Because of the high cost, I had to decline some of the recommended services and only proceed with what I wanted to proceed at Hyundai. It makes no sense why servicing an Elantra would be more expensive than a higher-end vehicle. While I am happy with the quality of service provided and will continue to visit for certain needs, I will be taking my car to a different local shop for other required fluid exchange services due to these high costs.

Such a great place to go. We bought our first Jones vehicle in 2020 and still have it. Last Sept 2023, we brought my cousin and he got a car. Just went back today 3/20/24 and within a couple of hours left in a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson with 19 miles on it. This was a gift for my Mother and she LOVES it. Parked in driveway and handed her the keys. A special thank you to Alyson who helped me out on the Facebook Messenger (I responded to one of their facebook ads) and to Michael T Stender, the salesman who was literally at the door when I parked and got me in and out, the finance dept and Peter who handled the paperwork.

We had been looking at SUV's for sometime and compared several in the class of the Palisade. Hands down, there is not one SUV in the Palisade class that matches it for the money and the warranty. We spoke with Terry numerous times and she always notified us when new colors came in so we could look at them vs relying on viewing colors online. She was never pushy, always answered our questions and kept the communication where it needed to be.

Everyone was excellent and Skylar, Tom and Gus were awesome beyond belief. They not only explained everything but showed me how to fill out all of forms and Skylar took the time to sit with while we sitting in the car. I am almost 74 years old so I am what is called a Low Tech guy. But she showed me the basic things so I was able to drive off the lot safely. Now how cool is that!
