This was our first time buying a car and we were a little anxious about the prospect. But Dillon Brinkerhoff, our dealer, made everything as easy and straightforward as possible. He always answered our questions and concerns in a professional and personable way and made himself available at all hours in case anything else came to our minds. We will certainly recommend Dillon and Hyundai Jack Giambalvo to all of our friends and family members that need a vehicle. More

Thank You Robb Dorf I asked for a quote on a specific vehicle from several different Hyundai dealerships in my area. I received one reasonable quote, one unreasonable qu I asked for a quote on a specific vehicle from several different Hyundai dealerships in my area. I received one reasonable quote, one unreasonable quote, and three offers to schedule a test drive. The reasonable quote came from Freysinger Hyundai. Thank you Pam Freysinger for being the only one to give me what I actually asked for the first time. Had Freysinger been the closest dealership to me and had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock, I probably would've went with them. As it happens, Giambalvo is the closest dealership to me and were the only other one to give me what resembled a quote and had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. Following the auto reply I received from Giambalvo stating that I could have a $21,000 vehicle for $10,000 with a bunch of rebates I didn't qualify for, I again asked for a realistic quote based on my own situation (No trade in, no financing, etc.) I believe that auto reply from Giambalvo is tacky and done in bad faith. No one is buying that vehicle for $10,000 and it should be done away with and replaced with something a little more straightforward and honest. With that being said, the next quote I received was prompt and the exact price I was willing to pay. Everything from then on was an absolute breeze. I showed up at the Giambalvo dealership and was immediately met with a personable sales specialist named Robb Dorf. (Cool guy, if you're shopping at Giambalvo, ask for Robb) Robb went above and beyond in my opinion. Once I was in contact with Robb, the entire transaction went seamlessly henceforth. He personally went to my financial institution to drop off the necessary paperwork. He was in contact with my insurance agency to make sure everything went smoothly. I contacted him on his personal cell phone with questions and he answered. He told me stop by anytime with anything I needed and I believe he would help me if I did. Jayme made signing the paperwork painless, quick, and easy. I appreciate what both of these guys did for me. I haven't been in for service yet, so we'll see how it goes.
