Prior to visiting this dealerhsip we had attempted to reach an agreement with a dealership much closer to our home in Lancaster, PA. My wife stopped by this dealer on an evening upon returning from another apt and it was on the way home. Met with David Kistler and he treated her extremely respectfully, answered her questions, secured a quote for our trade and then alowed her to leave the lot without any form of coersion or pressure to 'buy now'. David faxed over an offer, I countered with a minimum amt I could take on my trade and our desire for a specific car that was to arrive in 1 week. the offer was met and after several emails and faxes we were all set for the pick-up of our 2012 Mazda 3 - 5dr. I was giving 1st apt. on Saturday June 30 and they all were extremely organized and preparred to deliver my car and exceed expectations. Ed Snyder handled the business end of things are clearly explained the optional add ons and again NO pressure to purchase but never 'pushed'. bottom line: this dealer knows how to allow people to buy cars from them, and they use zero pressure or sales 'tricks'to make a deal. if you are in the York area and need a new or used car, its a no brainer and if you are in Lancaster are, it's surely worth the drive across the river - saved me over $1,200! More
I had a great experience at Jack Giambalvo. I was looking for a nice use car and after visiting 2 other dealerships stopped here. After driving the car he worked some numbers and they even let me take the car home for the weekend to "check over" everything on my own! Called Monday morning to let him know I wanted the car. When we returned that evening to sign the paper work they had everything ready and we were out the door in under an hour. More

Jayme has been consistently looking out for the right car and made it veryeasy to negotiate pricing and financing. GM Mike Martin was also extremely helpful in the closing and pick up of the Sonata. I read reviews of dealers before I bought my new car. I bought a new 2012 Mazda 3, the people at this dealership were really a pleasure to work with, especially Ed Ditzel and Ed Snyder. I just purchased a new Mazda 3 from Jim Parks at Jack Giambalvo and my experience couldn't have been any better. Let me first say that I had contacted numerous Mazda dealers in my search. Jim and his m Giambalvo and my experience couldn't have been any better. Let me first say that I had contacted numerous Mazda dealers in my search. Jim and his manager Carl were the only ones I spoke with that didn't seem like "salesman". I contacted them and advised them that I had quote from a dealership in Maryland. Carl took my information and within minutes called me back and really impressed me with a great quote. What took me 2+ hours of negotiating at the other dealership was beaten by Jack Giambalvo with just one phone call. I was also offered more for my trade than I originally thought I would get. They really seem to want to help you instead of looking at you as just another customer. My wife will need a new car in about 2 years and we will be going back to Jack Giambalvo Mazda. If your looking for a new Mazda I would most definitely recommend speaking with Jim Parks. More

I stopped in because I saw on Cars.com that the color Mazda my daughter liked was in inventory there. I also appreciated the way he talked to my daughter as I thought she felt very comfortable with his assistance in making this decision. I appreciated the way Ed talked to her during the test drive and made her feel comfortable while pointing out the features of the car. The price he gave me for the car made it an easy decision. I also appreciated the way the entire staff made us feel welcome.
