Bought a used car that cost me 3900 in funds to get ready for sale but had issues 5 min after I drove it off the lot, skid plate came off, tire sensor broken, flat tire, and the seats badly torn. They attemp for sale but had issues 5 min after I drove it off the lot, skid plate came off, tire sensor broken, flat tire, and the seats badly torn. They attempted to fix the torn seats and made it worse and skid plate was Kia so not their problem as I was told. They offered me maintenance package if I bought the car only to find out I had to finance it and they refused to send me the documents until a month later and when I called Jullian had to let me go rather than talk to me about the issue I had including my so called warranty. Not only have they lied they have terrible customer service. More
I dealt with service advisor Corey Sass. He went way above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with my car. I still can't believe how quickly he did it either. Within moments of arriving He went way above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with my car. I still can't believe how quickly he did it either. Within moments of arriving for my service appointment he was on it, with a level of personal interest and service that you rarely encounter. THANK YOU Corey!! More
Purchased a used car with 4000 miles for $60k. During the process I was constantly told that it was “basically new” and that they had completely gone through the vehicle to confirm it was as good During the process I was constantly told that it was “basically new” and that they had completely gone through the vehicle to confirm it was as good as new. After purchasing the car, about 20 miles down the road a check engine light came on. I took it to a Toyota dealership the next business day and they informed me that sensors had been removed, and that the service history for the vehicle showed that Hanania Chevrolet had worked on this issue on the vehicle prior to selling to me and manually reset the code. The carfax also showed they had worked on it. Hanania refuses to help with the issue as I “already got too good of a price on the vehicle so it is not their issue.” Steer clear of this business, they will do whatever it takes to make a sale (even maliciously covering up issues), and then be no help when you simply ask for them to keep up their end of the deal (a fully functioning, like new vehicle). Don’t think it won’t happen to you, this dealership has no issues with fraudulent business to make a sale. Save yourself the headache and Go to other dealerships, there are plenty of other cars on the market right now. More

Avoid This Dealership – Unreliable Vehicles & Poor Customer Service I’m writing this review in the hopes that someone at this dealership will finally take accountability and resolve this situation Customer Service I’m writing this review in the hopes that someone at this dealership will finally take accountability and resolve this situation before I’m forced to pursue legal action for lost wages and distress. I purchased a used Ford F-150 from this dealership on February 8, 2025. Within just three weeks, the transmission completely failed. Since the dealership wouldn't service a Ford, we followed instructions and brought it to a Ford service center. Their inspection confirmed a full transmission replacement was needed. I was also given no loaner vehicle from Chevrolet. At the time of purchase, I was sold a warranty promising up to $7,000 in coverage for repairs. However, the third-party warranty provider only approved $5,000, leaving me responsible for the remaining $2,273—including the deductible on a vehicle I just purchased. To make matters worse, Chevrolet still hasn't activated the warranty (it is now April), which has prevented Ford from receiving payment. As a result, they’re holding the truck, even though repairs have been completed for over a month. I’ve now made three payments on a vehicle I’ve had in my possession for less than 20 days. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. Calls to the GM go unanswered, and the warranty representative, Joseph, continues to give vague and repetitive responses with no resolution. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, think twice. The vehicle I was sold was clearly not in proper condition, and the dealership has shown no urgency in resolving a serious issue. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. More
Great customer service, excellent service department, and large inventory of vehicles. Dean Kincaid was amazing in helping me trade in my truck and get into a brand new truck.
