She was very informative, friendly and joked with us a bit which made the process much easier. The staff was kind enough to stay until well after 10:00 pm (even though we insisted we could come back in the morning) and sold us a car! They gave us a great deal on my trade in and an even better deal on the car. Exceptional staff and amazing service. I hope to not need to buy another car for a while, but if I do it will be with them! More

One of the best experiences we have ever had Dealing with Don Brown and Jack Ingram Nissan was one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing a car. We do not live in Montgomery, but th Dealing with Don Brown and Jack Ingram Nissan was one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing a car. We do not live in Montgomery, but they had the car in stock that we wanted. We made a call to find out the price of the car before making the trip to Montgomery. We have done this before with another dealer, only to find out after we got there, that what they quoted was not what they tried to sell us the car for when we arrived. This was different, they quoted us a price and that is what they sold it to us for... We did quite a bit of shopping around and Jack Ingram just didn't beat others by a little, but saved us enough to make it well worth our trip to Montgomery. Don Brown was a pleasure to work with. Even after the sale was over and we were leaving the dealership- he took the time to show us even more about the cars features. From top to bottom, Jack Ingram was helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.... and you cannot say that about many car dealerships.
