Took truck in with a #4 misfire. it was very drivable. was told it would be $104. They recomended $250 compression check. Ok, only answer was wanted to replace catylact converter and head gasket $1500, bu was told it would be $104. They recomended $250 compression check. Ok, only answer was wanted to replace catylact converter and head gasket $1500, but MIGHT need head replacement. $3300. and could have to replace the engine $6000+. told them that I didn't have $$ at time and i'll pick it up. went back $250 left truck wouldn't hardly pull off called back to tell Jessica Gunter what was going on " he only did a compression check. Just did make it home found vacum hose off put back on still running on 2 cyl. Payed $250 so they can tell me what was wrong with a drivable truck they made a mess HE ONLY DID A COMPRESSION CHECK. POOR SERVICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER GO BACK TAKING TO ANOTHER DEALER FOR SERVICE More

I brought my car in for service on a recall and decided to see what the new Maxima look like, while seeing this one particular one with a beautiful color the sale person ask if we wanted to look at it. I went in for servicing on my Nissan Pathfinder. While waiting I look at the Rogue on the floor and began to write down information. Only Sara took the time to come see me.
