My Mother is 86. Her car was hit by a cement truck making a wrong turn in May 2012. By July finishing with truck insurance we went to Jack Ingram Motors looking for a used car for her. My Sister took her to a wrong turn in May 2012. By July finishing with truck insurance we went to Jack Ingram Motors looking for a used car for her. My Sister took her to look at a car we saw online. The Salesman, Eric assured her that he had driven the car several weeks and it was in great condition. His manager, Tip Thames was with him when my Sister called me in NJ to let me know what these two said. They assured my Mother they would clean the car and get it ready. When she and my Sister picked up the car, Eric again assured her allwas well and he would car for her as for his own mother should anything happen. The day after picking up the car my Sister was blessed to be able to get off the highway when the car suddenly stalled. She went to have it checked out and told by a car repair place what is supposedly needed. She did what he said and it worked about a week. This time my Sister had returned to GA and my Mother was driving the car herself when it stalled. She was distrought since she had just been in an accident in May. Eric got the car and supposedly had it worked on. It stalled once more. We knew we had to make a change and attempted to work with Eric and Tip to get a newer car. Every car we called them about that we saw online, they ignored and would call us back about another. Every one they told us about was one that had been in an accident. I then called Jack Ingram (owner) and shared our concerns. He promised to look into it but when nothing happened I called him again. His assistant, Michelle, said he was away for the week but she would check. That day while I was on the phone with my Sister, the GM called himself on my Sister's cell phone which was on speaker. He told my Sister not to call them back again because no one was going to send us out another listing or discuss it with us. If we wanted to do business with them, my Mother (86 years old) could come out there herself and test drive some cars and pick out one. Otherwise, we need not call them again. And, Jack Ingram (owner) NEVER got back with us nor did anyone else. I was grateful because I knew I could not trust them to be honest and sell trade their lemon for a better car. I do not know the reason but I do know that, for us, they are not a trustworthy car dealership when it comes to their used cars. We went to Reinhardt Motors and the Salesman Joe Knight and the dealership were outstanding to work with and we found my Mother an excellent car at a great deal. M.J. NJ More

Sebastian worked with me for weeks to find exactly the pre-owned car I wanted with the features I wanted, and when I worried it wasn't going to work for my budget Kara spent a lot of time crunching the nu pre-owned car I wanted with the features I wanted, and when I worried it wasn't going to work for my budget Kara spent a lot of time crunching the numbers so that I could purchase the vehicle and was able to meet the number I gave WITH an additional extended warranty. Several members of the sales team ended up staying HOURS after closing time just to finalize the sale and acted as though they were in no hurry and that I wasn't putting them out in any way. Keep in mind I was purchasing a used car on a tight budget and they weren't making a huge profit off of this sale, yet they treated me the same as I would imagine they would have treated someone making a substantial purchase. They never once tried to persuade me to consider buying new versus used, which was a first after all the other dealerships I had checked out! If you, like me, don't have much disposable income you can appreciate being respected for where you're at and what you can afford. All of the sales team were nothing but personable and straightforward with me and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There were some questions I had about vehicle features that no one could answer but they said "We don't know on that, but we will find that out for you." Which I appreciated versus a quick uninformed answer. From start to finish, there was zero pressure involved in the entire encounter and I finally have the car I have been looking for on the budget I had to work with. Based on my own experience, when these folks tell you they can make this work for your budget if it's the car you want, they mean it. I walked away from this entire purchasing experience with a car that exceeded my expectations, an extended warranty, and all within my budget limitations. As a bonus, the purchasing process itself was very pleasant when I would have settled for tolerable or really anything that didn't leave me wanting to jump out of a window. This is the second automobile I have purchased from Jack Ingram. But I have never had a better experience that this one. Troy was amazing. He worked very hard to get us the best deal possible and then I changed the vehicle on him and he didn't even make a face just started all over again and took care of everything. He did a great job of showing what all the options on the vehicle were and how to operate them. Actually he has called and asked how I like the vehicle. At first I was skeptical about trying to get into a new car I was told no by Capital Hyundai twice and once by Capital Chevrolet. I tried for months to trade the car I was in because I bought it from a use car I was told no by Capital Hyundai twice and once by Capital Chevrolet. I tried for months to trade the car I was in because I bought it from a used car lot (BIG MISTAKE) and it was close to breaking down and I was upside down in the payments owed way too much and the cars worth was too little and the cost to fix it was the same amount as the worth of the car. Needless to say not many banks were willing to play ball even though I made enough and credit was a little better than average, anyway this was going to be my LAST time trying to get a car or at least try to trade this one in. I told Cory Hill that I wanted to just buy another car outright because all the banks said no to the trade in because the payoff quote was too high and I was tired of getting turned down so many times. Well after 2 1/2 hours of trying and banks saying no because they said I didn't make enough to cover two car payments and reassuring my predicament the last resort was to try and trade my car in by finding a car with the highest rebate and a more than small amount to put down...I was just ready to give up and say well if my car breaks down ill be paying off a broken car. However Cory wasn't ready to give up he got the manager involved and fought hard to get me out of my old car and into a new one....well after 3 hours it was done Cory Hill worked together with the manager and got me into a brand new Pathfinder at a great interest rate. He didn't say anything until the deal was made as he didn't want to get my hopes up. I rolled out in my brand new car and kicked the old car to the curve it was amazing after 5 months of trying I did it and it was all thanks to Jack Ingram Nissan and their staff and salesman Cory hill who not only fought hard to get me out of my car but also feel like family I recommend this dealership 10 times over. I went in looking at the Maxima's. I am so glad Mr. Henry Spears was there to greet me! He explained it ALL to where I could understand it and I felt comfortable around him!!
