I'm very thankful that John has been hired in the time lapse between my last visit and this one. During my previous service, there were a number of things identified as "red" item issues that just didn't lapse between my last visit and this one. During my previous service, there were a number of things identified as "red" item issues that just didn't feel right to me. My vehicle began making an unusual noise and, on some days, I questioned that assessment but eventually returned to my feeling that what was needed wasn't the suggested stuff. John left a positive impression when I called to schedule this service. On the way there, decided that I was going to just straight up ask him about the stuff concerning me. Believe he gave me honest answers and the discomfort I had been feeling about going back to Jack Ingram has now gone away. Kudos John! More
