I have been thrilled with all my experiences at Jack Ingram Motors. They went above and beyond to find the specific Juke I wanted to purchase. Six months later the car was rear ended and had $3500 in da Ingram Motors. They went above and beyond to find the specific Juke I wanted to purchase. Our car was taken in for service for a simple alignment on Monday, June 4th. First they "lost" our car and then when it was time to pick it up, we were told that they wrcked it. They actually r on Monday, June 4th. First they "lost" our car and then when it was time to pick it up, we were told that they wrcked it. They actually r an into it with another customers car. They promised to fix it but they have made no attempt to contact us! We have called severalt imes and continue to get the voice mail of the service manager and the general manager. They were quick to charge us for the alignment, which we had no problem paying but no attempt ontheir part to fix their mistake and it has been well over a week. I would never recommend the service department to anyone! More
My Facebook status on 6/5/12. Took the Altima in today for a recall and they worked on my speakers one more time. They told me they would until I was happy. I have to say that James the service advisor pu for a recall and they worked on my speakers one more time. They told me they would until I was happy. I have to say that James the service advisor put Robert on the job and he worked all day (8-5) on pulling my car apart and sticking foam on anything that would rattle or would possibly rattle. I am VERY pleased with the sound quality of my Bose system now. I was enjoying it all the way home. Thank you Jack Ingram Motors, Robert and the Service Team for putting up with me and making me a happy girl. :) Your hard work and diligence is appreciated! Would like to add Tony has put a ton of time in to working with me. Great team! More
Horrible customer service at 5648 Eddins Road, Montgomery, AL 36117 Jack Ingram Nissan. first time I took my friends car for an oil change they said it had a bad battery and wanted to change it fo Montgomery, AL 36117 Jack Ingram Nissan. first time I took my friends car for an oil change they said it had a bad battery and wanted to change it for $150.00! then on 10 March 2011 took car back and they said alternator was bad, not sure if it was or not? I had taken car in due to noises coming out of HVAC system when heater/air conditioner is turned on! they said it was the alternator put a new one on for apprx $543.38! When I had brought the car in I had just washed it the day before for $10.00 when they returned it it was a nasty mess! Mud all over the passenger side of the car and on both sides like nasty sewer black stuff so I had to wash it again since they said the car wash was closed due to the rain; however, it was overcast but the rain had left. I returned today 15 March 2012 to have initial problem looked at, they had to order a part, when I received car the drivers side rear door handle was broken off with scratchers on door and side of the car!!! More
My wife and I were on the last leg of a Christmas trip from the northern Virgina area to our home in Pensacola Fl on 26 Dec 2011 when we experienced a problem with the serpentine belt on my Nissan Frontie from the northern Virgina area to our home in Pensacola Fl on 26 Dec 2011 when we experienced a problem with the serpentine belt on my Nissan Frontier. Late in the evening (approx 4:40 PM) the service department (which was scheduled to close at 5:00 PM) more than gladly replaced the belt (even though not in stock they were able to find/order/and have delivered a replacement belt) and get us back on the road in order to get home. They stayed late to make sure we were safe to continue our trip. I was extremely impressed with their willingness to stay open late and fix my truck, their friendliness, their professionalism.....they provided assistance without hesitation to ensure we could continue safely. James and Burt are to be commended for assisting us, and their efforts are most appreciated. Mr Ingram, please congratulate (and if possible provide additional compensation for) your employees on providing service WAY beyond the ordinary. I wish your dealership were closer to PCola!! More
Problem with brakes on our Armada. Took vehicle in without an appt. Mr Collins took me immediately, listened to my description of the problem, added some brake fluid immediately, but then gave me an o without an appt. He called me in a couple of hours confirming the earlier diagnosis. Had to order the part. Gave me a time and estimate. Car was repaired in less time than estimated and at a lesser cost. As always the service is great. The employee (Jennifer Hart) is always very plesant to work with and demonstrates knowledge of her job and responsibilities. The Jack Ingram Nissan dealership Service Department in Montgomery is fantastic. My wife and I were traveling from Texas and thought we had problems with our Murano's navigation package. You can imagine Montgomery is fantastic. My wife and I were traveling from Texas and thought we had problems with our Murano's navigation package. You can imagine how 'blind' we felt without a navigator while on travel (I left the paper map at home - we had a navigator, right?). We stopped into the dealership and they were so considerate because they knew we were 'on the road'. After the service manager talked to us, she wisely hooked us up with a salesman. Having the car only a very short time, we were using the navigation package incorrectly, e.g. operator error. Bottom line: they quickly diagnosed the problem (us), and sent us merrily on our way. We were there only about 20 minutes! Great job and kudos to the Jack Ingram Nissan Service Department! More
In early 2010 my old car was good but always something needed on it. It was not a Nissan. I looked at many cars and wound up at Jack Ingram Nissan. Everything went great; people, cars, prices, etc. i drov needed on it. It was not a Nissan. I looked at many cars and wound up at Jack Ingram Nissan. Everything went great; people, cars, prices, etc. i drove home a Nissan Versa SL. I went back to Nissan for servicing of that car and enjoyed it bunches. Early this year, I was in for service, in talking with every one, I called my wife and was picking at her about getting a new car; She and I agreed that we were 2 too 3 years away from another car. In looking around and talking to the people at Nissan, I spotted an Altima 2.5 that looked great. In the end; people were great, price was great, car was great, so I drop home a 2011 Altima 2.5. We are totally happy about it. The Ingram brothers and their sales people were great. Jennifer is great to deal with when we take our car over for servicing.
