We purchased our vehicle from this dealership with no issues, HOWEVER the service department lacks an awful lot to be desired. It’s extremely difficult to get a timely appointment for something as simple issues, HOWEVER the service department lacks an awful lot to be desired. It’s extremely difficult to get a timely appointment for something as simple as an oil change. Due to covid, there is no courtesy shuttle NOR do they offer a loaner while your vehicle is receiving service. After purchasing a $60k vehicle-it would be nice to have some other option other than spending your entire day with the service department. All of the service technicians have always been polite-but it’s clear that they have no true leadership or guidance. Time is poorly managed and your time as a customer is NOT VALUED here. More
