I was a little hesitant to buy (I always am with new cars), but I didn't feel pressured into making a decision. Rita and Guy worked with me and offered a great deal, so it was a no brainer. Rita, Guy and Rachel all went the extra mile and stayed an hour after closing to help me get out of there with my new car. I thought I was going to have to go to the gas station before driving home, but Rita went another mile and filled the tank for me. Next time I am in the market for a car I know where I will be going. I walked on the lot at Jack Ingram and was treated like a friend. Danielle Scott made me feel at home, she was so nice and went out of her way to make sure all of our questions were answered. I never felt pressured like most of the other places I had visited, which was so nice. Went to lunch to think about the purchase and returned to say yes, it didn't take me long!! Guy Martin went out of his way to ensure that I got the color I wanted in the new 2014 JETTA TDI, went to Atlanta to pick it up!! When I picked up my care they all spent a couple hours with me explaining the Service Department, all the features in my car, setting up my phone, CAR-NET and ensuring that my car was detailed!!
