I am not quite sure where to begin explaining what a wonderful experience we have had with purchasing TWO new vehicles in two days! We Live in Enterprise, and had no idea purchasing a vehicle over the phone could be SO SIMPLE!!! In less than 4 hours from start to finish I had my new car in my driveway cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go! My story is: I took my 09 VW Beetle into service. I had just purchased this Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle in February and love it! The EPC light in the vehicle would come on and my car hesitated and the battery light came on and the vehicle just shut down while driving. Being a single mother of an 11 year old daughter; I could not except this. Chris Brock and Justin Worthington felt my pain. I was not happy with my 09 VW Convertible Beetle (Red). I talked to Mr. Fred Jackson who sold me the 09 Beetle in February and I explain my pain to him. He and Guy Martin spoke to me and reassured me it will be alright. These guys landed me in a 13 VW Convertible Beetle (Black). This car is so SWEET!!!! I can't express my thanks enough to my Dream Team at Jack Ingram VW. This was my husband and I's first time to purchase a new car. We went through the USAA car buying service and within the hour Fred Jackson had contacted me by email and phone. We visited on a Sat morning and Fred Jackson himself drove my new car to my home on Tues. and explained everything about the car to include hooking up my iphone for bluetooth capability. Guy Martin was so helpful in tracking down the exact car that I wanted and processed the paperwork so that my USAA buying certificate would be honored which helped to reduce the price. Randall who is a sales manager for AUDI personally came over and helped to reassure us and explain different concerns I had. Everyone at Jack Ingram was so kind, helpful and professional! They truly listened to us and could not have been more patient! I would definitely recommend using Jack Ingram Motors for your car purchase!! Fred Jackson has already sent me an email within hours of purchasing my car that schedules my first visit to bring my car in for its 30 day service check up-he is a man of his word and told us we could call him at any time if we had any questions. It was so very nice to feel as if we were dealing with honest and Christian people. Alan also called and explained what was involved in the extended vehicle protection plan and as very thorough and patient with all my questions.
