I found this deaslership because of Lin Williams. Lin has been the only person that I have bought a car from in 8 years. He has sold me four cars total and he is just a great salesperson. Criss is who I've always dealt with in VW service in the past, and God Bless him for putting up with me. He is always very professional and it's evident that he knows cars. I just picked up my car from my 50k service, and this time, Justin took care of me. He was a pleasure to work with from prompt phone calls on the progress of my car to his accurate quote for the services rendered. I would highly recommend either of them to take care of you when it comes to having your car serviced. I've purchased two cars from Jack Ingram, and both times, Robbie made it incredibly easy. Since then, he's always been a phone call away to answer any questions concerning my cars, and if I'm having one of those 'problems' I frequently have, he's there with an answer and a way to fix it.
