Victoria was my agent, she was patient, enthusiastic and knows how to make customers feel appreciated (i.e. makes me feel she's treating my business seriously). Test drive was a great experience to get familiar with the car and she answered every questions perfectly (she knows her business!). Anyway, I ultimately bought a 2017 Fusion Hybrid. Loved the car, loved the car-buying process at this dealer. There's no need to say more. If you're looking for a Ford, Jack Madden Ford is the place to go. Highly recommended! More
