Had an appointment scheduled for 5/18/26 for battery light on and check light. Didn’t hear anything from them so I decided to call them, told me it was an issue with the alternator that was called in th light on and check light. Didn’t hear anything from them so I decided to call them, told me it was an issue with the alternator that was called in the battery light stay on. Said that they had to order the part it would be on on Friday 5/22/26. Put alternator in, battery light still on and never heard anything about the check engine light. I have mini problems with Jackmadden Ford when he comes to service. I am not a big fan of Jackmadden Ford. I would never buy another vehicle from Jack Man Ford if I didn’t have warranty, I wouldn’t even deal with them. More
