Great Purchase Experience I took the long ride to Jack Madden Ford in search of a difficult to find used SUV. Typically I stick with dealers closer to home but the people on the phone were pleasant and it was a nice day for a ride. When I arrived, Farah Chamoun was standing outside and greeted me with a friendly hello and went to work getting the SUV pulled up front for me to look at. Farah did a great job explaining the features of the SUV, allowed me to take my time on the test drive and was even tolerant of my active five year old twins. When it came time to sit down and run the numbers for the new (to me) SUV, Farah was ready with a reasonable trade in offer for my used vehicle and was ready with a print out showing payments by length of loan and down payment. The whole process from start to finish is one of the best experiences I've had buying a car.
